Thanks to our service hotline, which is always staffed by qualified service personnel, and our remote service option, we can respond quickly to any malfunctions, breakdowns or problems and take the necessary measures to get your machine back into production quickly.

Hotline in the event of malfunctions

Our qualified service hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can contact us at any time to quickly resolve malfunctions and failures, submit repair and service requests, or in the event of a complaint.

We can provide you with reliable advice on troubleshooting, any remote support required, the planning of technician assignments and all our service products, as well as any other queries relating to your HEGENSCHEIDT machines and systems.
