Rerailing Systems
Drive systems & control units
The individual components of HEGENSCHEIDT rerailing technology are coordinated in terms of their design, lifting height, load capacity and performance so that they meet the latest railroad engineering standards. The drive systems in particular reliably generate the required hydraulic operating pressure of 30 MPa. In conjunction with a control panel, all movement sequences of the rerailing process are controlled. The drive systems are available in two sizes - small pump units with 20 l and large ones with 60 - 63 l usable oil volume. The small pump units, with reduced capacity and low weight, have been specially developed for the lightweight vehicles used in local transport operations.

moreWith hand pumps
The hand pump is a fully-fledged unit for smaller rerailing operations, especially for applications where no external power is available or when a pump unit with an internal combustion engine may not be operated, e.g. due to the risk of explosion. Thanks to the back pressure system, all functions such as lifting, lowering, pushing and pulling can be carried out with the hand pump without restriction, and at the full operating pressure of 30 MPa.
moreControl Unit
The new control panels have a more compact design and are also equipped with the latest technology. It is now possible to extend and retract jacks synchronously using a single control lever, thus guaranteeing even greater safety when rerailing. The stand of the control panel can be transported separately, is infinitely adjustable in height and can be folded up for easy and space-saving transportation.
