HEGENSCHEIDT MOBITURN®3 - Our new 3rd generation mobile wheelset lathe

Mobiturn®3 is a mobile wheelset lathe for the needs-based maintenance of wheels, wheelsets and brake discs of rail vehicles in installed and removed condition. It is the world's first and only system that comes to the rail vehicle. The Mobiturn®3 can be transported by rail or road to various locations. This ensures minimum downtimes and high vehicle availability.

HEGENSCHEIDT ARGUS®S - Stationary wheelset diagnostics for passing speeds of up to 160 km/h

ARGUS®S is a stationary wheelset diagnosis system for rail vehicle wheels on the track. The system reliably measures the wear condition of the wheels in passing mode even at higher speeds of up to 160 km/h. The system is specially designed for installation and operation in busy lines and does not require any track modifications, i.e. the existing track is retained and the system is simply clamped to the track.

HEGENSCHEIDT rerailing systems - High safety and convenient handling

In rescue operations, special operations and industrial applications, rapid operational readiness and safety are of the utmost importance. The rerailing systems from HEGENSCHEIDT are characterized by the low weight of the individual components, which facilitates the use of the rerailing equipment and thus achieves an even higher level of safety in the rerailing process. We combine innovative technologies with years of experience.
